                                     A Change for Book Donations

Due to the renovation of the library on Congress Street, book donations will no
longer be accepted at that location.  Books can now be brought to the
Library's working warehouse at 211 E. Pinhook Road next to the Habitat for
Humanity Restore.  Hours for drop off will be Monday - Wednesday, 11 am
until 2 pm, and Thursday, 9 am until 2 pm.  Once at the warehouse, please ring
the doorbell located on the door and a staff member or a Friend will be able to
help.   For large donations or for questions, please call
337- 501-9209.   We
can only accept gently used books, and due to a lack of space, we are
no longer able to accept  textbooks or magazines.
 Thank you for your
continued support.  Without your donations our book sales would not be
possible
.
Pictured above are photos of books that
we cannot accept due to condition.
BookTalk can be accessed by
going to the Library web site
and clicking on SERVICES.
Please remember to visit the Perpetual Sales at both
the Jefferson Street and South Regional branches.
While you're waiting for our next sale, lots of good
books to be had for $3 (hard backs) and $1
(paperbacks and all children's books)
